Sun Rooms

Generally positioned on the rear of properties they create a fantastic light open space. Sunrooms have seen increased popularity in recent years as the benefits over conservatories have been recognised. Conservatories are generally to cold to use in winter and too hot in summer, the sunroom however has insulated floors, walls and most importantly a solid insulated roof to keep the heat in and the cold out making the sunroom, a usable room, all year round.

The sunroom can be separated from the existing home by an internal door or have a clear opening created so 'open plan' living can be achieved. These are particularly popular to create breakfast dining areas off the kitchens or, playrooms adjacent to the living room for growing families. Sunrooms are great for addition that give your home the 'wow' factor!.
